This photo of the Red Deer River was taken on the prairies next to Dorothy, Ab. just as dusk was ending. You can see the moon in upper left just starting to appear. I shot this pic standing right on the bridge going across the river in almost full darkness – an old rickety one lane bridge – haha!
I decided to edit it as a HDR black and white as I had taken 3 different exposures at the time and the B & W seemed to give it the proper mood!
