Here are a few more pics from my trip west! These were taken late at night on Big Beach in Ucluelet. I really fell in love with this town, the surrounding scenery and the friendly people.
We hit up Big Beach after dark and made our way out onto these massive black rocks to get a view of the waves crashing onto them under the moonlit sky. We actually climbed out for awhile and made it right to the edge to the rocks. It was surreal in the dark, lit only by the moon, the waves crashing right in front of us and getting hit by the spray of an occasional large one.
I had so many great experiences in this area of the island and this night was one of the best!
